What kind of people are you looking for?
We are looking for people who truly believe in our mission and are able to abide by our core values. We highly value resourcefulness, initiative, and a willingness to learn. Prior leadership or organisational experience is merely a bonus.
What is the expected time commitment?
Our team commits about 5-7 hours a week, but this will vary depending on programme season. Bear in mind that director-level roles and above likely entail more as these roles carry greater responsibilities.
Is there a membership fee?
No.
What is the recruitment process like?
After you apply here, we will review your application and inform you of our initial decision within 10 days. If we believe you may be a good fit for us, we will invite you for an informal chat either virtually or in-person. Should you join us, there will be a 3-month trial period for both you and the team to assess whether the role and working relationship are the right fit.
