Nucleate Ignite is our flagship programme curated to bridge the talent gap in Singapore’s biotech ecosystem. It comprises three distinct tracks of workshops in Venture Capital, Biotherapeutic Development, and Business Development, to equip individuals with the skills needed to kickstart a career in the life sciences industry.

Networking Panels

Meet the Start-ups! is a networking initiative that brings together founders, trainees, and aspiring innovators by spotlighting emerging local start-ups and fostering connections across the biotech and healthcare ecosystem. Co-hosted with student and postdoctoral groups, these open-access events support early-career network building while encouraging interaction across different career stages.

Anniversary Biomixer

Our annual biomixer brings together researchers, founders, clinicians, and industry professionals in the biotech and life sciences community while celebrating the growth of Nucleate Singapore. The event features a panel of esteemed leaders from across the biotech ecosystem, followed by open networking designed to foster new collaborations and ideas.

Collaborative Initiatives

IP in Biotech x Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow & VentureCell (Jan 2026)

An intimate, closed-door session for founders and innovators navigating intellectual property in biotech. Led by experienced life science IP lawyers Ren Jun Lim and Jonathan Teo, the discussion explores how IP strategy can support innovation, translation, and venture growth.

BioHack 2025 x QDX (Feb 2025)

BioHack is 3-week hackathon bringing together students, postdocs, and industry professionals to design in silico drug discovery approaches that outperform industry benchmarks. The programme culminates in a demo day where teams pitch their solutions for cash prizes and potential interview opportunities with QDX.
